Your Georgia Commerce account(s) will automatically be transferred to IBERIABANK over the weekend of June 26, 2015. While you may see some changes to your account(s), you should experience virtually no disruption in service.

Online Banking and Bill Pay Information
Georgia Commerce Bank clients may want to print or download their online banking transaction history and check images by 5 PM on June 25. As an added convenience, clients may access their Georgia Commerce online banking history between June 27 and August 26, 2015 at 5 PM in a "view only" mode.
If you use financial management software, please follow the steps below to capture your account activity:
Before 4 PM ET on Friday, June 26 perform a download for your Georgia Commerce Bank account(s) then deactivate online services for your Georgia Commerce Bank account(s) within your financial management software. If you are unable to perform this download on June 26, you may need to enter transactions manually from the date of your last download.
If you were enrolled in e-Statements with Georgia Commerce Bank, you will continue to receive e-Statements through IBERIABANK Online Banking. Georgia Commerce Bank e-Statements on or before June 26, 2015 will be available using your Georgia Commerce Bank online banking access and login credentials until August 26, 2015. If you would like to start receiving e-Statements, you may enroll through IBERIABANK Online Banking beginning June 29.
Beginning June 29, 2015, Online Banking users can begin to take advantage of these great mobile services as well. Before using mobile banking, users will need to first login to IBERIABANK's online banking system and establish a new password. Once completed, download our App and get started.

For access to your account information, funds transfer, check verification and more, you can access your account beginning June 29 through IBERIABANK Telephone Banking by calling (800) 968-0801. You will need the last four digits of your social security number or tax identification number to establish a new Telephone Banking PIN.
*Mobile and Text Banking services require enrollment in IBERIABANK Online Banking. Mobile carrier's text messaging and web access charges may apply. Mobile Deposit Limitations: Clients enrolled in Online Banking greater than six months - $2,500/day (up to 10 items) and $5,000/month (up to 30 items); Clients enrolled in Online Banking greater than 30 days and less than six months - $1,000/day (up to 10 items) and $3,000/month (up to 20 items).

Monday, June 15, 2015 - Your new IBERIABANK ATM or Visa® debit card was mailed.
Friday, June 26, 2015 - Your final Georgia Commerce Bank statement was printed reflecting all activity, including accrued interest, through June 26. You should receive this statement by mail after June 29.
Monday, June 29, 2015 - Your Georgia Commerce Bank ATM or Mastercard® debit card will no longer be valid.
Monday, June 29, 2015 - New Online Banking and Bill Pay service will begin. 24-Hour Telephone Banking Service will become accessible.
ATM and Debit Card Information
You can continue to use your Georgia Commerce Bank ATM or debit card through June 28, 2015. You will receive a new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card to begin using on Monday, June 29. Your Georgia Commerce Bank ATM or debit card will no longer be valid as of June 29. Please call (800) 992-3808 to activate your card and select your PIN on or after June 29. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 682-3231 if you do not receive your new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card by June 23.
Credit Card Information
You may continue to use your Georgia Commerce Bank credit card as usual. For balance information, payment details, transaction history or other questions, please contact the phone number on the back of your Georgia Commerce Bank credit card. IBERIABANK has a full line of consumer and business credit cards with attractive features and competitive interest rates. General Loan Information
Your loan payment date will remain the same unless we notify you otherwise. You may continue to make payments in person at the branch or by mail using the following new mailing address:

In addition, loan payments can be made online at https://iberiabankpayments.com/account. A processing fee applies. If you would like to have automatic loan payments debited from your IBERIABANK checking account on a routine basis, please contact your Relationship Banker or call Customer Service at (800) 682-3231.
Consumer and Home Equity Lines of Credit
You may continue to access your consumer line of credit using the method(s) described in your Georgia Commerce Bank line of credit agreement. If you currently use checks to access your line of credit, you will receive a complimentary supply of business-size IBERIABANK checks for your consumer line of credit within two to three weeks after conversion. When you receive these checks, please destroy your existing supply of Georgia Commerce Bank line of credit checks.
Important Information Regarding FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage Limits
If you are a client of both IBERIABANK and Georgia Commerce Bank, and your total deposits exceed FDIC insurance limits, please read the important information below. Deposits from Georgia Commerce Bank are separately insured from deposits at IBERIABANK for six months after the legal merger date, or November 30, 2015. This grace period will give you the opportunity to restructure your accounts if necessary.
Certificates of Deposit (CDs) from Georgia Commerce Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount, either with or without accrued interest, continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.

Can I bank at IBERIABANK locations?
Beginning Monday, June 29, 2015, you can conduct your banking transactions at any IBERIABANK branch.
Can I continue to use my Georgia Commerce Bank checks and deposit slips?
Yes. You may continue to use your current Georgia Commerce Bank checks and deposit tickets. When you place a re-order, you will receive new IBERIABANK checks and deposit slips with the IBERIABANK name and routing number.
Can I continue to use my Georgia Commerce Bank ATM or debit card?
Yes. You can continue to use your Georgia Commerce Bank ATM or debit card through June 28. You will receive a new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card to begin using on Monday, June 29. Your Georgia Commerce Bank ATM or debit card will no longer be valid as of June 29.
Will my deposit account numbers change?
Your deposit account number will remain the same and will appear on your IBERIABANK statements as well as other account documents you receive from us after June 29 unless you are notified separately by mail.
