Online Banking

User IDs and Passwords
Online Banking User IDs will remain the same unless we contact you directly. 

Online Banking history
Your VirtualBank transaction history will not convert to the new system. Transaction history will begin on October 16 through the new VirtualBank Online Banking.

Online Bill Payments and Payees
Online Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments and bill pay history will be converted to the new system. Beginning October 16, please verify your payee and bill payment information transferred correctly to the new system.

e-Statements
If your account(s) were enrolled in e-Statements with VirtualBank, you will continue to receive e-Statements through the new VirtualBank Online Banking system. e-Statements issued on or before October 13, will not be accessible after October 13. You may access e-Statements reflecting activity on or after October 14 through the new VirtualBank Online Banking system beginning October 16.

e-Bills
e-Bills will be discontinued on October 13. Please cancel your e-Bills as soon as possible through VirtualBank Online Banking and contact the vendor directly to arrange for new statement options. To cancel an e-Bill:

  1. Log in to Online Banking prior to October 13.
  2. Click Pay and Transfer.
  3. Click Pay Bills.
  4. Select the Biller Name to Cancel.
  5. In the Payee Information, select Cancel e-Bill.

 

Direct Connect to Quicken® and QuickBooks®
Manage your personal and business finances efficiently with Direct Connect. Transaction history will not be available after October 13. Beginning October 16, you may synchronize your account in Quicken and Quickbooks quickly and securely. Complete transaction and balance information will download seamlessly into your accounting software to simplify categorization and account reconciliation. In addition, special transaction-matching technology prevents users from downloading duplicate transactions.

Check and Deposit Slip Images
Check and deposit slip images may be viewed through Online Banking starting October 16. In addition, check images are provided on deposit statements. For images prior to October 14, please contact Customer Service at (877) 998-BANK (2265).

Yodlee
Access to view your external accounts at other financial institutions through Yodlee will no longer be available after October 13.

Log in to VirtualBank Online Banking on or after October 16 to establish a new password and agree to the VirtualBank Online Services Agreement. Download the new VirtualBank Mobile Banking App from the App Store or Google Play™ for account access.

Mobile Deposit Capture
Free snap and deposit with Mobile Deposit Capture. Deposit checks within moments using our Mobile Banking App for smartphones and tablets. It’s secure, easy to use, convenient and free. Deposits made through Mobile Banking by 8 PM ET will be available to you the following business day.

Funds Availability and Cut-Off Times
Deposits made through Mobile Banking by 8 PM ET will be available to you the following business day. In addition, internal transfers may be requested by 8 PM ET for same day transfer credit.

Loan Payments


Your loan account number and payment date will remain the same unless we notify you otherwise. Please continue to make payments as you currently do.

Debit Cards


Continue to use your VirtualBank debit card through October 15, 2017. You will receive a new debit card on or before October 4 with the IBERIABANK logo for your VirtualBank account. You may begin to use this card on Monday, October 16.
Your VirtualBank debit card will no longer be valid as of October 16. Please call (800) 992-3808 to activate your new card and select your PIN. If you do not receive your new debit card by October 4, contact Customer Service at (877) 998-BANK (2265).

Use your VirtualBank debit card with Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay™ and Android Pay™ for an easy, secure and private way to pay. 
Proactively manage your debit card usage with CardValet®, the mobile app that puts control at your fingertips. Simply download the CardValet App to your smartphone on or after October 16 and follow the enrollment instructions.
  • Turn your debit card on or off, set alerts and monitor transactions to protect your account(s)
  • Set card usage and alert preferences by merchant type, location or spending limits
  • Receive real-time alerts when your debit card transactions are approved or declined

 

  • How can I access my accounts?

    Please visit www.VirtualBank.com just as you have in the past. You will notice a new look to the website beginning October 16, however, you will experience the same functionality as you are accustomed to.

  • What number should I call if I have a question?

    Please contact customer service at (877) 998-2265.

  • Will the bank routing number change?

    Yes. However, your existing transactions with the VirtualBank routing number will continue without interruption. New electronic transactions should be established using the following routing number: 265270413.

  • Will my deposit or loan account number(s) change?

    Your account number(s) will remain the same unless we contact you directly.

  • Can I continue to use my VirtualBank checks and deposit slips?

    Yes. You may continue to use your current VirtualBank checks and deposit slips.

  • What happens to my automatic drafts and direct deposits?

    VirtualBank will continue to accept your direct deposits, automatic drafts and other pre-authorized deposits and withdrawals. No action on your part is necessary.

Your final VirtualBank statement will be issued and will reflect activity and accrued interest through October 13.
Access to the current VirtualBank Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay service will be disabled and will no longer be available after 3 PM ET.

 

October 14, 2017
Transaction history prior to October 14 will no longer be available through Online Banking and Mobile Banking. You may want to print or download your transaction history and check images by 3PM ET on October 13 if you need access to this information.

 

October 15, 2017
This is the last day to use your VirtualBank Visa debit card.

FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage Limits

On July 31, 2017, Sabadell United Bank, N.A., merged with and into IBERIABANK. As a result of this transaction, your total deposits could exceed the FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage limit of $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category.

Your deposits, formerly with Sabadell United Bank and/or VirtualBank, a former division of Sabadell United Bank, are separately insured from deposits at IBERIABANK until January 31, 2018. This six-month grace period will give you the opportunity to restructure your accounts, if necessary.

For example, you may have $250,000 in a savings account in your name only with Sabadell United Bank and $250,000 in a savings account in your name only with IBERIABANK. Your deposits will total $500,000 per depositor, per insured bank, in one ownership category; resulting in $250,000 of your deposits not being covered by FDIC insurance after the six-month grace period.

Certificates of Deposit (CDs) from Sabadell United Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount, either with or without accrued interest, continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.

You may qualify for more coverage if you have funds in different ownership categories, and all FDIC requirements are met. For more information on FDIC Insurance coverage, go to www.FDIC.gov/deposit/deposits or call toll-free (877) ASK-FDIC.

The following chart shows standard insurance amounts for FDIC account ownership categories. All deposits that an accountholder has in the same ownership category at the same bank are added together and insured up to the standard insurance amount. FDIC insurance covers all deposit accounts, including checking and savings accounts, money market deposit accounts and CDs. FDIC insurance does not cover other financial products and services that you may have, such as stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares, life insurance policies, annuities or securities.
