Online Banking User IDs will remain the same unless we contact you directly.
Online Banking history
Your Sabadell United Bank transaction history will not convert to the new system. Transaction history will begin on October 16 through the new Online Banking.
Online Bill Payments and Payees
Online Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments and bill pay history will be converted to the new system. Beginning October 16, please verify your payee and bill payment information transferred correctly to the new system.
If your account(s) were enrolled in e-Statements with Sabadell United Bank, you will continue to receive e-Statements through IBERIABANK Online Banking. e-Statements issued on or before October 13, will not be accessible after October 13.
e-Bills will be discontinued on October 13. Please cancel your e-Bills as soon as possible through Sabadell United Bank Online Banking. To cancel an e-Bill:
- Log in to Online Banking prior to October 13.
- Click Pay and Transfer.
- Click Pay Bills.
- Select the Biller Name to Cancel.
- In the Payee Information, select Cancel e-Bill.
Please contact the vendor directly to arrange for new statement options.
Quicken® and QuickBooks®
Transaction history will not be available after October 13. Manage your personal and business finances efficiently with Direct Connect. Beginning October 16, you may synchronize your account in Quicken and Quickbooks quickly and securely. Complete transaction and balance information will download seamlessly into your accounting software to simplify categorization and account reconciliation. In addition, special transaction-matching technology prevents users from downloading duplicate transactions.
Create alerts for your account such as balance alerts, incoming ACH credits and debits, incoming wires, maturing CDs and more. Simply establish alerts for your account through Online Banking beginning October 16. Prior account alerts will not be transferred to the new system.
Check and Deposit Slip Images
Check and deposit slip images may be viewed through Online Banking starting October 16. For images prior to October 14, please contact Customer Service at (844) 722-2335.
- Personal Accounts: Check images are provided on deposit statements for personal checking and money market accounts.
- Business Accounts: Check images and deposit slip images are provided on deposit statements for business checking and money market accounts.
Access to view your external accounts at other financial institutions through Yodlee will no longer be available after October 13.
Online and Mobile Banking Enrollment
Log in to Online Banking on or after October 16 to establish a new password and agree to the IBERIABANK Online Services Agreement. Download the IBERIABANK Mobile Banking App from the App Store or Google Play™ for account access.
Mobile Deposit Capture
Free snap and deposit with Mobile Deposit Capture. Deposit checks within moments using our Mobile Banking App for smartphones and tablets. It’s secure, easy to use, convenient and free. Deposits made through Mobile & Banking by 8 PM ET will be available to you the following business day.
Funds Availability and Cut-Off Times
Deposits made through Mobile Banking by 8 PM ET will be available to you the following business day. In addition, internal transfers may be requested by 8 PM ET for same day transfer credit.
Can I continue to use my Sabadell United Bank checks and deposit slips?
Yes. You may continue to use your current Sabadell United Bank checks and deposit slips. When you place a re-order, you will receive new IBERIABANK checks and deposit slips with the IBERIABANK name and routing number.
Will the bank routing number change?
Yes. However, your existing transactions with the Sabadell United Bank routing number will continue without interruption. New electronic transactions should be established using the IBERIABANK routing number: 265270413.
Will my deposit or loan account number(s) change?
Your account number(s) will remain the same unless we contact you directly.
Can I continue to use the same branch?
Yes. Continue to conduct your banking transactions at the Sabadell United Bank branch of your choice until October 13. After this date, you may visit any IBERIABANK or former Sabadell United Bank branch. The Sabadell United Bank Downtown Tampa branch will relocate to the IBERIABANK branch in Downtown Tampa.
What ATMs can I use?
Yes, you may use any IBERIABANK or Sabadell United Bank ATM without incurring a foreign ATM transaction charge. In addition, you may continue to use Publix® Presto!® ATMs without a surcharge.
What happens to my automatic drafts and direct deposits?
IBERIABANK will continue to accept your direct deposits, automatic drafts and other pre-authorized deposits and withdrawals. No action on your part is necessary.
May I continue to use my ATM, Debit or Credit Card(s)?
Yes. Please continue to use your Sabadell United Bank card(s). Later this fall, we will provide additional information about your card(s).
What will happen to my Safe Deposit Box?
No changes will be made to your Safe Deposit Box until your next annual renewal.

- 24-Hour Telephone Banking Service will become accessible.
- Your Sabadell United Bank ATM or Visa debit card will no longer be valid. Please call (800) 992-3808 on or after October 16 to select your new PIN so that you may begin using your new card.

Your final Sabadell United Bank statement will be mailed and will reflect account activity and accrued interest through October 13.
Access to the current Sabadell United Bank Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay service will be disabled and will no longer be available after 3 PM ET. Quicken® and QuickBooks® users should download transaction history on October 13 before 3 PM ET.

This is the last day to use your Sabadell United Bank ATM or Visa debit card.
FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage Limits
On July 31, 2017, Sabadell United Bank, N.A., merged with and into IBERIABANK. As a result of this transaction, your total deposits could exceed the FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage limit of $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category.
Your deposits, formerly with Sabadell United Bank and/or VirtualBank, a former division of Sabadell United Bank, are separately insured from deposits at IBERIABANK until January 31, 2018. This six-month grace period will give you the opportunity to restructure your accounts, if necessary.
For example, you may have $250,000 in a savings account in your name only with Sabadell United Bank and $250,000 in a savings account in your name only with IBERIABANK. Your deposits will total $500,000 per depositor, per insured bank, in one ownership category; resulting in $250,000 of your deposits not being covered by FDIC insurance after the six-month grace period.
Certificates of Deposit (CDs) from Sabadell United Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount, either with or without accrued interest, continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.
You may qualify for more coverage if you have funds in different ownership categories, and all FDIC requirements are met. For more information on FDIC Insurance coverage, go to www.FDIC.gov/deposit/deposits or call toll-free (877) ASK-FDIC.
The following chart shows standard insurance amounts for FDIC account ownership categories. All deposits that an accountholder has in the same ownership category at the same bank are added together and insured up to the standard insurance amount. FDIC insurance covers all deposit accounts, including checking and savings accounts, money market deposit accounts and CDs. FDIC insurance does not cover other financial products and services that you may have, such as stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares, life insurance policies, annuities or securities.
