Online Banking User IDs and passwords will remain the same unless otherwise noted in a letter mailed to you.
We will convert Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust Consumer and Small Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay services on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 5 PM ET. If you are a client using Cash Manager, information regarding our TreasuryConnect® product will be sent in a separate mailing.
Online and mobile account access will be disabled during this weekend, so that we may transfer your account(s) to the IBERIABANK system. Online account access will be fully restored on Monday, March 26. To log in to online banking for the first time, go to www.iberiabank.com then you may download the IBERIABANK App from the App Store or Google Play™.
Transaction history prior to March 23 will no longer be available through Online Banking and Mobile Banking. We recommend that you print or download your transaction history and check images before 5 PM ET on March 23 if you need access to this information. If you use Quicken® or QuickBooks® software, please download account transactions prior to 5 PM ET on March 23. Transactions occurring on March 23 will need to be manually entered into your Quicken or QuickBooks software.
Consumer and Small Business Online Banking and Mobile Banking Enrollment
If you are not currently using Online Banking and would like to take advantage of a variety of convenient online services, including Mobile Banking, you may enroll beginning March 26 by completing the enrollment form.
User IDs and Passwords
Online Banking User IDs will remain the same unless we contact you directly. In March, you will receive step-by-step instructions for accessing your account(s) online.
Online Bill Payments and Payees
Online Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments and bill pay history will be converted to the new system and will be available to you on March 26.
Enrollment in e-Bills will be discontinued on March 2. e-Bills will no longer be delivered and auto payments will not be processed after this date through Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust Online Banking. Your former e-Bills payees will be available as a Bill Pay payee, but access to the e-Bills service will no longer be available in the IBERIABANK system.
e-Statements and Text Statements
If your account(s) were enrolled in e-Statements with Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust, you will continue to receive e-Statements through IBERIABANK Online Banking. Your e-Statements will include up to 18 months of prior e-Statement history and will continue after March 26. Text Statements available through Online Banking and Mobile Banking will no longer be available.

- Your final Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust statement(s) will be mailed and will reflect account activity and accrued interest through March 23.
- Access to the current Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust Consumer and Small Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay service will be disabled and will no longer be available after 5 PM ET. Quicken® and QuickBooks® users should download transaction history by March 23 before 5 PM ET.

May I continue to use my Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust checks and deposit slips?
Yes. You may continue to use your current Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust checks and deposit slips. When you place a re-order, you will receive new IBERIABANK checks and deposit slips with the IBERIABANK name and routing number: 265270413.
May I continue to use my Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust ATM or debit card(s)?
Yes. At this time, please continue to use your Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust ATM or debit card until you receive your new IBERIABANK card. You should receive your new card on or before April 13.
Will I need to change my direct deposits and other pre-authorized ACH transactions?
No. IBERIABANK will continue to accept your direct deposits, automatic drafts and other pre-authorized deposits and withdrawals. When establishing new transactions after March 23, 2018 please use the IBERIABANK routing number: 265270413.
Will the bank routing number change?
Yes. However, your existing transactions with the Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust routing number will continue without interruption. New electronic transactions should be established using the IBERIABANK routing number: 265270413.
Will my incoming wire transfers be impacted?
Yes. To ensure the timely receipt of your incoming wires, please provide wire issuers with the IBERIABANK wire transfer instructions.
Can I continue to use the same branch?
Yes. Continue to conduct your banking transactions at the Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust branch of your choice until March 23, 2018. After this date, you may visit any IBERIABANK or former Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust branch. Click here for a complete list of locations by zip code.
What ATMs can I use?
At this time, you may use any IBERIABANK or Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust ATM without incurring a third party ATM transaction charge. In addition, you may continue to use Publix® Presto!® ATMs without a surcharge.
Will my Online Banking access change?
There will be a temporary disruption in service from March 23 at 5 PM ET through March 25, while we transition your accounts. Please refer to the Online Banking section of this page for details.
Will my Mobile Banking access change?
Yes. On or after March 26, you will need to log in to the IBERIABANK Online Banking system and agree to the IBERIABANK Online Service Agreement. Once completed, you may download the IBERIABANK App from the App Store or Google Play™ to begin using our Mobile Banking service.
What will happen to my trust or investment management account?
Your account will remain the same until we convert your account to IBERIA Wealth Advisors platform late in the summer of 2018. Until then, you will continue to receive the same statements for your account, and you may continue to access your account online. In addition, your Private Wealth Advisor is available to answer your questions.

FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage Limits
If you are a client of both IBERIABANK and the former Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust, and your total deposits exceed FDIC insurance limits, please read the important information below.
Deposits from Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust are separately insured from deposits at IBERIABANK for a period of six months after the legal merger of the two companies. This grace period will give you the opportunity to restructure your accounts if necessary.
Certificates of Deposit (CDs) from Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount, either with or without accrued interest, continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until
the end of the six-month grace period.
