Social media outlets should not be used for the submission of any account question, claim, demand, informal or formal complaint, or any other form of legal and/or administrative notice or process. You may also send a secured message through IBERIABANK Online Banking or our website.

Our Corporate social media pages are monitored by IBERIABANK associates. Comments and posts containing spam, sensitive personal information, account information, inappropriate links, threatening, defamatory, profane, obscene or abusive material, or ones that suggest illegal activity shall be deleted upon identification of such posts.

Please do not post sensitive personal or financial information such as your Social Security number, account number, PIN, or passwords. We will never ask for your account information or passwords through a social media channel.

As a social media user, you agree that you will not violate any local, state, federal and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property rights laws regarding any content that you send or receive via our social media sites. You agree that you will indemnify IBERIABANK against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a third party relating to any material you have posted.

All links to other web sites found on our social media pages are provided as a service to readers, but such linkage does not constitute endorsement of those sites by IBERIABANK, and as such we are not responsible for the content of external websites.
