Online Banking and Bill Pay Information
Account access through IBERIABANK Online Banking and Bill Pay is fully available beginning Monday, April 27, 2015. As an added convenience, beginning the morning of April 25, Old Florida Bank clients will again have access to their legacy system to download transaction history, statements and check images until 5:00 pm on June 24, 2015.
If you use financial management software, please follow the steps below to capture your account activity:
Before 4:00 PM EST on Friday, April 24 perform a download for your Old Florida Bank account(s) then deactivate online services for your Old Florida Bank account(s) within your financial management software. If you are unable to perform this download on April 24, you may need to enter transactions manually from the date of your last download.
Beginning April 27, 2015, Online Banking users can begin to take advantage of these great mobile services as well. Before using mobile banking, users will need to first login to IBERIABANK's online banking system and establish a new password. Once completed, download our App and get started.

• For IBERIABANK clients enrolled in Online Banking for more than thirty (30) days but less than a six month period, Up to ten (10) items per day, subject to an aggregate deposit limit of $1,000 per day;
• For IBERIABANK clients enrolled in Online Banking for more than thirty (30) days but less than a six month period, Up to twenty (20) items per calendar month, subject to an aggregate deposit limit of $3000 per calendar month.
• For IBERIABANK clients enrolled in Online Banking for greater than a six month period, Up to ten (10) items per day, subject to an aggregate deposit limit of $2,500 per day;
• For IBERIABANK clients enrolled in Online Banking for greater than a six month period, Up to thirty (30) items per calendar month, subject to an aggregate deposit limit of $5000 per calendar month.

Monday, April 13, 2015 - Your new IBERIABANK ATM or Visa® debit card will be mailed.
Friday, April 24, 2015 - Your final Old Florida Bank statement will be printed reflecting all activity, including interest, through April 24. You should receive this statement by mail after April 27.
Monday, April 27, 2015 - Your Old Florida Bank ATM or Mastercard® debit card will no longer be valid.
Monday, April 27, 2015 - New Online Banking and Bill Pay service will begin. 24-Hour Telephone Banking Service will become accessible.
ATM and Debit Card Information
You can continue to use your Old Florida Bank ATM or debit card through April 26, 2015. You will receive a new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card to begin using on Monday, April 27. Your Old Florida Bank ATM or debit card will no longer be valid as of April 27. Please call (800) 992-3808 to activate your card and select your PIN. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 682-3231 if you do not receive your new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card by April 20.
Credit Card Information
You may continue to use your Old Florida Bank credit card as usual. For balance information, payment details, transaction history or other questions, please contact the phone number on the back of your Old Florida Bank credit card. IBERIABANK has a full line of consumer and business credit cards with attractive features and competitive interest rates. General Loan Information
Your new IBERIABANK loan number will be a combination of your Old Florida Bank account/loan number and your Old Florida Bank note number as shown in the example below. This change will go into effect on Monday, April 27, 2015. Old Florida Bank Account/Loan Number: 12345678 Old Florida Bank Note Number: 00100 New IBERIABANK Loan Number: 1234567800100. Your loan payment date will remain the same unless we notify you otherwise. You may continue to make payments in person at the branch or by mail using the following new mailing address:

In addition, loan payments can be made online at https://iberiabankpayments.com/account. A processing fee applies. If you would like to have automatic loan payments debited from your IBERIABANK checking account on a routine basis, please contact your Relationship Banker or call Customer Service at (800) 682-3231.
Consumer and Home Equity Lines of Credit
If you have a consumer line of credit, your monthly payment due date will become cycled and continue to be due on the same date each month or within several days of that date, depending on the cycle. You may continue to access your consumer line of credit using the method(s) described in your Old Florida Bank line of credit agreement. Approximately two to three weeks after conversion, you will receive a complimentary supply of business-size IBERIABANK checks for your consumer line of credit. When you receive them, if applicable, please destroy your existing supply of Old Florida Bank line of credit checks. For additional information about the variety of consumer and business loan options that IBERIABANK has to offer, please visit your nearest branch.
Important Information Regarding FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage Limits
If you are a client of both IBERIABANK and Old Florida Bank, and your total deposits exceed FDIC insurance limits, please read the important information below. Deposits from Old Florida Bank are separately insured from deposits at IBERIABANK for six months after the legal merger date, or September 30, 2015. This grace period will give you the opportunity to restructure your accounts if necessary.
Certificates of Deposit (CDs) from Old Florida Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount, either with or without accrued interest, continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.

Can I bank at IBERIABANK locations?
Beginning Monday, April 27, 2015, you can conduct your banking transactions at any IBERIABANK branch. Please refer to the Florida locations guide on pages 28-29 for more details.
Can I continue to use my Old Florida Bank checks and deposit slips?
Yes. You may continue to use your current Old Florida Bank checks and deposit tickets. When you place a re-order, you will receive new IBERIABANK checks and deposit slips with the IBERIABANK name and routing number.
Can I continue to use my Old Florida Bank ATM or debit card?
Yes. You can continue to use your Old Florida Bank ATM or debit card through April 26. You will receive a new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card to begin using on Monday, April 27. Your Old Florida Bank ATM or debit card will no longer be valid as of April 27.
Will my deposit account numbers change?
No. Your deposit account number will remain the same and will appear on your IBERIABANK statements as well as other account documents you receive from us after April 27 unless you are notified separately by mail.
