We are excited to have you join the IBERIABANK family! It is our goal to make the transition to IBERIABANK as seamless as possible. IBERIABANK is a community bank devoted to providing exceptional customer service as well as a strong, deep line of deposit and loan products. As a client, you will have access to more branches and advanced online services like Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit Capture.* In addition, for your convenience, we are adding an ATM at every branch!
Your New Traditions Bank account(s) will automatically be transferred to IBERIABANK over the weekend of May 15, 2015. While you may see some changes to your account(s), you should experience virtually no disruption in service.

- Online and Mobile Banking
Beginning Monday, May 18, Online Banking clients may access account information using IBERIABANK Online Banking.
The IBERIABANK Online Banking login is located at the top left hand corner of our website.
Online Banking and Bill Pay Information
We will convert New Traditions Bank Online Banking and Bill Pay services at the close of business on Friday, May 15, 2015. Online account access will be in view only mode during this weekend. Account access through IBERIABANK Online Banking and Bill Pay will be fully available beginning Monday, May 18.
New Traditions Bank clients may want to print or download their online banking transaction history and check images by 5:00 PM on May 15. As an added convenience, clients may access their New Traditions Bank online banking history between May 18 and July 17, 2015 at 5:00 PM.
Online Bill Pay payees and payments will be converted to the new system. We recommend that you print a copy of your payees prior to May 15 to verify payee and payment information beginning May 18.
If you are not currently using Online Banking and would like to take advantage of a variety of convenient services including Mobile Banking and Text Banking, you may enroll beginning May 18 at www.iberiabank.com.
Treasury Management clients will be converted to a cash management system called TreasuryConnect®. Separate information on this system will be mailed to businesses that perform cash management functions like wires and ACH.
If you use financial management software, please follow the steps below to capture your account activity:
Before 4:00 PM EST on Friday, May 15 perform a download for your New Traditions Bank account(s) then deactivate online services for your New Traditions Bank account(s) within your financial management software. If you are unable to perform this download on May 15, you may need to enter transactions manually from the date of your last download.
If you were enrolled in Online Banking and enrolled in e-Statements, you will begin receiving e-Statements through IBERIABANK Online Banking beginning May 18. In order to maintain your statement history, you may print and/or download your statement activity prior to May 15 using your prior login credentials (until July 17). Please note that your New Traditions Bank e-Statements prior to May 15 will not be available through IBERIABANK'S Online Banking.
If you are enrolled in e-Statements, but not enrolled in Online Banking, your enrollment in e-Statements will not automatically transition to IBERIABANK's e-Statements. In addition, please note that your New Traditions Bank e-Statements prior to May 15 will not be available through IBERIABANK'S Online Banking. However, you may print and/or download your statement activity prior to May 15 using your prior login credentials (until July 17). And you may enroll in Online Banking and e-Statements with IBERIABANK beginning May 18.
Beginning May 18, 2015, Online Banking users can begin to take advantage of the following mobile services. Before using mobile banking, users will need to first login to IBERIABANK's online banking system and establish a new password. Once completed, users can download our App and get started.

Use Apple Pay with iPhone 6 and IPhone 6 Plus to pay in stores without swiping your cards and within apps without entering payment and contact information. Just pay with a single touch of your finger using Touch ID™.
For access to your account information, funds transfer, check verification and more, you can access your account beginning May 18 through IBERIABANK Telephone Banking by calling (800) 968-0801. You will need the last four digits of your social security number or tax identification number to establish a new Telephone Banking PIN.
* Mobile Banking and Text Banking services are for consumer and small business account holders. Enrollment in IBERIABANK Online Banking is required. Mobile carrier text messaging and web access charges may apply.
Current daily and monthly Mobile Deposit limits are:
• For IBERIABANK clients enrolled in Online Banking for more than thirty (30) days but less than a six month period, Up to ten (10) items per day, subject to an aggregate deposit limit of $1,000 per day;
• For IBERIABANK clients enrolled in Online Banking for more than thirty (30) days but less than a six month period, Up to twenty (20) items per calendar month, subject to an aggregate deposit limit of $3000 per calendar month.
• For IBERIABANK clients enrolled in Online Banking for greater than a six month period, Up to ten (10) items per day, subject to an aggregate deposit limit of $2,500 per day;
• For IBERIABANK clients enrolled in Online Banking for greater than a six month period, Up to thirty (30) items per calendar month, subject to an aggregate deposit limit of $5000 per calendar month.

- Debit Cards and More
Monday, May 4, 2015 - Your new IBERIABANK ATM or Visa® debit card will be mailed. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 682-3231 if you do not receive your new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card by May 12.
Friday, May 15, 2015 - Your final New Traditions Bank statement will be printed reflecting all activity through May 15. Interest will be calculated and paid through May 17.
Monday, May 18, 2015 - Your New Traditions Bank ATM or Mastercard® debit card will no longer be valid. Please call (800) 992-3808 on or after May 18 to select your new PIN so that you may begin using your new card.
Monday, May 18, 2015 - New Online Banking and Bill Pay service will begin. 24-Hour Telephone Banking Service will become accessible.
ATM and Debit Card Information
You can continue to use your New Traditions Bank ATM or debit card through May 17, 2015. You will receive a new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card to begin using on Monday, May 18. Your New Traditions Bank ATM or debit card will no longer be valid as of May 18. Please call (800) 992-3808 to activate your card and select your PIN. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 682-3231 if you do not receive your new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card by May 12.
Credit Card Information
You may continue to use your New Traditions Bank credit card as usual. For balance information, payment details, transaction history or other questions, please contact the phone number on the back of your New Traditions Bank credit card.

General Loan Information
Your loan account number and payment date will remain the same unless we notify you otherwise. Please continue to make payments as you currently do. Beginning May 18, you may make loan payments in person at a branch, by mail using the following address or online at the website address below.

If you would like to have automatic loan payments debited from your IBERIABANK checking account on a routine basis, please contact your Relationship Banker or call Customer Service at (800) 682-3231 beginning May 18. You may continue to access your consumer line of credit using the method(s) described in your New Traditions Bank line of credit agreement. If you currently use checks to access your line of credit, you will receive a complimentary supply of business-size IBERIABANK checks for your consumer line of credit within two to three weeks after conversion. When you receive these checks, please destroy your existing supply of New Traditions Bank line of credit checks.
Important Information Regarding FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage Limits
If you are a client of both IBERIABANK and New Traditions Bank, and your total deposits exceed FDIC insurance limits, please read the important information below. Deposits from New Traditions Bank are separately insured from deposits at IBERIABANK for six months after the legal merger date, or September 30, 2015. This grace period will give you the opportunity to restructure your accounts if necessary.
Certificates of Deposit (CDs) from New Traditions Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount, either with or without accrued interest, continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.

Can I bank at IBERIABANK locations?
Beginning Monday, May 18, 2015, you can conduct your banking transactions at any IBERIABANK branch. Please refer to the Florida locations guide on pages 28-29 for more details.
Can I continue to use my New Traditions Bank checks and deposit slips?
Yes. You may continue to use your current New Traditions Bank checks and deposit tickets. When you place a re-order, you will receive new IBERIABANK checks and deposit slips with the IBERIABANK name and routing number.
Can I continue to use my New Traditions Bank ATM or debit card?
Yes. You can continue to use your New Traditions Bank ATM or debit card through May 17. You will receive a new IBERIABANK ATM or debit card to begin using on Monday, May 18. Your New Traditions Bank ATM or debit card will no longer be valid as of May 18.
Will my deposit account number change?
No. Your deposit account number will remain the same and will appear on your IBERIABANK statements as well as other account documents you receive from us after May 18 unless you are notified separately by mail.
