Beginning Monday, August 20, 2012, you may bank any of IBERIABANK's convenient locations throughout the Southeast and begin using our Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Telephone Banking services. It is our goal to make the transition to IBERIABANK as seamless as possible. Downloading to Quicken® or Quickbooks®
If you download account activity into Quicken or QuickBooks, please perform a download for your Florida Gulf Bank account(s) and deactivate your Florida Gulf Bank account(s) before 5:00 PM ET on August 17, 2012. If you are unable to perform this download on August 17, 2012, you may need to enter transactions manually from the date of your last download. Beginning August 20, 2012, you may re-activate your new IBERIABANK account(s) for download capabilities. ATM and Debit Card Information
You may continue to use your Florida Gulf Bank ATM or MasterCard® debit card until you receive your new IBERIABANK ATM or Visa® debit card at the end of August. Upon receipt, please activate and begin using your new card immediately. Please note, there are no ATM transaction fees for withdrawals at any IBERIABANK ATM. However, when making an ATM withdrawal or transfer at a non-IBERIABANK ATM, there will be a service fee of $2.00 plus a potential surcharge levied by the ATM owner. For your convenience, IBERIABANK offers complimentary ATM withdrawals at all Publix Super Market® ATMs.
You will soon enjoy some additional ATM and debit card enhancements, which include the ability to deposit checks directly into any IBERIABANK ATM without using a deposit slip or envelope. Our ATMs create a digital impression of your checks, provide a summary of the checks deposited, and print check images on your deposit receipt.

Loan Account Information
Your loan account number and payment date will remain the same. Beginning August 20, 2012, you may make payments in-person at the branch or by mail using the following new mailing address:

You may also enroll in automatic loan payments whereby your IBERIABANK checking account can be debited on a routine basis for your loan payments. If interested, please contact your Relationship Banker or Customer Service at (800) 682-3231.
We also offer a variety of loan options including auto loans, home equity lines of credit, home equity loans and home improvement loans. Visit your nearest branch location to learn which options may be best for you.
Beginning August 20, 2012 you may use the IBERIABANK Telephone Banking Service by following these simple steps:
1) Dial (800) 968-0801.
2) Select the first menu option (Account Information) to register each of your accounts.
3) Enter your account number found on any of your account statements or printed on your checks.
4) Enter the last four (4) digits of the Social Security Number of the primary account holder.
5) Establish a new Personal Identification Number (PIN), which will be used for future inquiries.
Important Information Regarding FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage Limits
If you are a client of both IBERIABANK and Florida Gulf Bank, and your total deposits exceed the FDIC insurance coverage limit of $250,000 per depositor, please read the important information below.
Deposits from Florida Gulf Bank are separately insured from deposits at IBERIABANK for six months after the anticipated merger date, or January 31, 2013. This grace period will give you the opportunity to restructure your accounts, if necessary. Certificates of Deposits ("CDs") from Florida Gulf Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount (either with or without accrued interest) continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.
All funds in a noninterest-bearing transaction account are insured in full by the FDIC from December 31, 2010 through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
