Your Florida Bank accounts will automatically be transferred to IBERIABANK over the weekend of March 13, 2015. Please review the Florida Bank Client Information Guide. Online Bill Pay
All of your existing Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments and 18 months of bill payment history will convert to the IBERIABANK Online Bill Pay service. For verification purposes, we recommend that you print a copy of your payees to verify payee and payment information prior to March 13, 2015. You may establish new payees and payments beginning March 16.
If you were enrolled in e-Statements with Florida Bank, you will continue to receive e-Statements through IBERIABANK Online Banking. All of your existing e-Statement history, up to 18 months, will convert to the IBERIABANK Online Banking service. Your new IBERIABANK e-Statements will begin with your first IBERIABANK statement after March 16.
You will be able to conduct both in-bound and out-bound transfers up to $3,000 daily between your IBERIABANK account(s) and account(s) held at other U.S. financial institutions. If you had bank-to-bank transfers setup with Florida Bank, you will need to reestablish all bank-to-bank transfers with other U.S. financial institutions on or after March 16 as this information will not convert to the new system.
If you use financial management software, please follow the steps below to capture your account activity:
- Before 4:00 PM EST on Friday, March 13, perform a download for your Florida Bank account(s) then deactivate online services for your Florida Bank account(s) within your financial management software. If you are unable to perform this download on March 13, you may need to enter transactions manually from the date of your last download.
- Beginning at 7:00 AM EST on Monday, March 16, you may re-establish your new IBERIABANK account(s) for download capabilities. Click here for step-by-step instructions - see the "Direct Connect" tab.
New Services and Enhancements
IBERIABANK is pleased to provide a variety of new services and enhancements for your Online Banking experience. From your smart phone or tablet you can access your account(s), make deposits and more using these services:
• Text Banking*
*Mobile and Text Banking services require enrollment in IBERIABANK Online Banking. Mobile carrier's text messaging and web access charges may apply. Mobile Deposit Limitations: Clients enrolled in Online Banking greater than six months - $2,500/day (up to 10 items) and $5,000/month (up to 30 items); Clients enrolled in Online Banking greater than 30 days and less than six months - $1,000/day (up to 10 items) and $3,000/month (up to 20 items).

Important dates to know:
March 13, 2015: Your final Florida Bank statement will be printed reflecting all activity, including interest, through March 13, 2015. You should receive this statement by mail after March 16, 2015.
March 16, 2015: New Online Banking and Bill Pay service will begin. 24-Hour Telephone Banking Service will become accessible.
March 23, 2015: Your new IBERIABANK Visa® debit card will be mailed.
July 8, 2015: Florida Bank Visa® debit cards will no longer be valid.
Debit Card Information
You can continue to use your Florida Bank Visa® debit card until you receive your new IBERIABANK Visa® debit card which will be mailed on March 23, 2015. Once you activate your IBERIABANK debit card, your Florida Bank debit card will be canceled automatically. On July 8, 2015, all Florida Bank debit cards will no longer be valid. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 682-3231 if you do not receive your new IBERIABANK debit card by April 10, 2015.
Credit Card Information
You may continue to use your Florida Bank credit card as usual. For balance information, payment details, transaction history or other questions, please contact the phone number on the back of your Florida Bank credit card.
IBERIABANK has a full line of consumer and business credit cards with attractive features and competitive interest rates. To apply for an IBERIABANK credit card, you may do so online at www.iberiabank.com or by visiting an IBERIABANK branch.
Bank Statement Information
You will receive an interim deposit account statement reflecting account activity from your last Florida Bank statement through March 13, 2015. Thereafter, you will receive your IBERIABANK checking or money market statement at approximately the same time you previously received your Florida Bank statement. Savings account statements will be delivered quarterly. If electronic activity on your savings account occurs during the month, then you will receive a monthly statement for that month. Your account will not incur a monthly service charge during the month of March.
Check and Deposit Slip Images
Check and deposit slip images may be viewed through Online Banking starting March 16, 2015.
Personal Accounts: Check images are provided on deposit statements for all personal checking accounts except Bank@Work, which offers check images through Online Banking only.
Business Accounts: Check images and deposit slip images are provided on deposit statements for business accounts.
Automatic Drafts and Direct Deposits
IBERIABANK will continue to accept your direct deposits, automatic drafts and other pre-authorized deposits and withdrawals. No action on your part is necessary.
For access to your account information, funds transfer, check verification and more, you can access your account beginning March 16, 2015 through IBERIABANK Telephone Banking by calling (800) 968-0801. You will need the last four digits of your social security number or tax identification number to establish a new Telephone Banking PIN.
General Loan Information
Your loan account number and payment date will remain the same unless we notify you otherwise. You may continue to make payments in person at the branch or by mail using the following new mailing address:

In addition, loan payments can be made online at https://iberiabankpayments.com/account. A processing fee applies. If you would like to have automatic loan payments debited from your IBERIABANK checking account on a routine basis, please contact your Relationship Banker or call Customer Service at (800) 682-3231. You may continue to access your consumer line of credit using the method(s) described in your Florida Bank line of credit agreement. Approximately two to three weeks after conversion, you will receive a complimentary supply of business-size IBERIABANK checks for your consumer line of credit. When you receive them, if applicable, please destroy your existing supply of Florida Bank line of credit checks. Important Information Regarding FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage Limits
If you are a client of both IBERIABANK and Florida Bank, and your total deposits exceed FDIC insurance limits, please read the important information below. Deposits from Florida Bank are separately insured from deposits at IBERIABANK for six months after the legal merger date, or August 31, 2015. This grace period will give you the opportunity to restructure your accounts if necessary.
Certificates of Deposit (CDs) from Florida Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount, either with or without accrued interest, continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period. Can I bank at IBERIABANK locations?
Beginning Monday, March 16, 2015, you can conduct your banking transactions at any IBERIABANK branch.
Can I continue to use my Florida Bank checks and deposit slips?
Yes. You may continue to use your current Florida Bank checks and deposit tickets. When you place a re-order, you will receive new IBERIABANK checks and deposit slips with the IBERIABANK name and routing number.
Can I continue to use my Florida Bank debit card?
Yes. You can continue to use your Florida Bank debit card until you are issued an IBERIABANK debit card.
Will my deposit account numbers change?
No. Your deposit account number will remain the same and will appear on your IBERIABANK statements as well as other account documents you receive from us after March 16, 2015, unless you are notified separately by mail.
