Important Information Regarding FDIC coverage of IBERIABANK deposit products.

At IBERIABANK, our priority is to help you make financial choices that serve your best interests and specific needs. New regulations require us to obtain your permission to cover overdrafts for everyday transactions made with your ATM or debit card.
Beginning August 15, 2010, we will no longer be able to authorize and pay overdrafts on your ATM and everyday debit card transactions unless you affirmatively consent, or opt-in, to our standard overdraft practices. These transactions include ATM withdrawals and transfers, and everyday purchases made using your debit card at grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and other merchants as well as purchases or payments made online or by phone.
If you would like IBERIABANK to authorize and pay overdrafts on your ATM and everyday debit card transactions, please let us know by selecting one of the following:
If you’re pleased with the way we handle your ATM and everyday debit card transactions and want to avoid disruption in your current level of service, simply complete and return the election form to us no later than August 15, 2010.
If we don’t receive your election by August 15, 2010, your ATM and everyday debit card transactions may be declined.
We also offer other overdraft options that may be more beneficial and cost-effective. To learn more about these options, please call our Customer Service at (800) 682-3231 or visit any of our convenient branch locations.
We are here to assist you! We look forward to continuing to serve your banking needs.
