IBERIABANK Partners with Apple Pay™
Soon you will be able to use your IBERIABANK debit and credit cards with Apple Pay™, an easy, secure, and private way to pay.
Use Apple Pay with iPhone 6® to pay in stores without swiping your cards and in apps without entering payment and contact information. Just pay with a single touch of your finger using Touch ID™.
With Apple Pay, instead of using your actual credit and debit card numbers when you add your card, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored. And when you make a purchase, the Device Account Number alongside a transaction-speciﬁc dynamic security code is used to process your payment. So your actual credit or debit card numbers are never shared by Apple with merchants or transmitted with payment.
In addition, paying with Apple Pay is private as the cashier never sees your name, card numbers or security code.

Important Information About the Home Depot Breach
You may have already heard that The Home Depot announced a breach of their payment data systems, which may have impacted some debit and credit cardholders who shopped in its stores. While they continue to investigate and determine the full scope of the data breach, this may affect some IBERIABANK clients who used their debit or credit cards at The Home Depot in 2014 from April on. We're proactively monitoring client accounts for suspicious activity and will contact you if fraud is suspected. Meanwhile, you may continue to use your debit and credit cards. Debit card PINs do not appear to have been compromised.
Rest assured that your security is our top priority and we understand this breach may cause concern. We are committed to protecting the security of our clients' personal and financial information. As we continuously monitor our accounts, please feel secure knowing that we have the following protection in place:
- 24/7 Account Monitoring - We use sophisticated fraud monitoring tools to monitor accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for suspicious transactions.
- Proactive Card Re-Issue -- If we determine that your account is at risk, we may proactively issue you a new card with a new card number.
- Visa's Zero ($0) Liability --Your debit and credit cards are protected from unauthorized purchases.
If you notice unauthorized charges on your account, please immediately contact the number on the back of your card.
